Responsible Sports Community Grants Application Due Dec 31

Responsible Sports programs rely heavily on time and effort, as well as financial resources. That's why Liberty Mutual awards $2500 grants to select clubs and organizations for participating in the Responsible Coaching and Responsible Sport Parenting course.

To qualify, simply complete one of the self-paced online courses at Responsible Coaching or Responsible Sport Parenting and take its 10-question review quiz. Every completed quiz is worth 1 point. The twenty (20) organizations that earn the most points will be awarded a $2500 Responsible Sports Community Grant. The more people your group gets to complete the courses, the greater your chances of winning!

From a small community? Not to worry! 10 of the grants are reserved for sports organizations like yours. Just make sure to note your club's size when you register.

Deadline for Community Grants is December 31, 2007 and winners will be announced in January 2008. So between now and December 31st, have as many of your coaches and parents complete the quiz!

We're even providing tools to help you get the word out to friends, family and supporters of your local youth sport organization. Visit our Community Grant toolkit area to download web banners for your team website, copy for your organization's newsletter, or a press release to use with your local media. The more people you can get to complete the courses, the greater your chance of winning! With $2500 on the line, why wait?

If you would like to register your organization, complete an application today!
