Indianapolis, Indiana (Feb. 11, 2009)
–
Indiana Youth Soccer announced today that GotSoccer has been selected
as the new state association level registration and scheduling software
beginning July 2009.
Launched in 1996, GotSoccer is recognized as a
leader in developing soccer software solutions that are
seamlessly-integrated and highly-intuitive. The complete platform of
GotSoccer tools includes solutions for everyone in the soccer community
– from state associations and clubs to referees and
tournaments.
Indiana Youth Soccer’s decision comes after a significant
investment of time devoted to researching current and future
registration software needs and comparing software solutions on the
market. Indiana Youth Soccer sought a completely integrated product
with user-friendly, yet comprehensive solutions applicable at both
membership and state association levels. In the end, GotSoccer offered
the most inclusive, powerful and cost-effective product and an ongoing
commitment to superior customer service.
"After thorough research, it's
clear GotSoccer is the best in class, the one system that can
provide all the tools we need - including state management and billing,
an outstanding risk-management program, ODP, league and tournament
modules, as well as, referee assignment – all in one integrated
package," said Don Rawson, Indiana Youth Soccer Executive
Director.
In the past, several software solutions have been employed to meet the
various state association, league, club and tournament needs.
GotSoccer will help Indiana Youth Soccer better meet the needs of all
members though increased efficiency and superior integration of data
management tools. “We established a five-year
strategic plan in 2007 to provide outstanding operational efficiency
and effectiveness for our members, and to ensure we reach this
goal, Indiana Youth Soccer was determined to implement the
best software,” said Rawson. "GotSoccer has
demonstrated it's capable of meeting our high standard.”
“For the first time, users can find online player registration, state
management, tournament and league scheduling, college recruiting,
facility management and referee assigning all using the same integrated
database,” said Gavin Owen-Thomas, GotSoccer President.
With this decision, Indiana Youth Soccer joins the growing
ranks of US Youth Soccer state associations utilizing
GotSoccer's integrated state software program, including Oklahoma Youth
Soccer, Arkansas Youth Soccer and Montana Youth Soccer.
"GotSoccer will be announcing another major US Youth
Soccer member state within the next two weeks," said Owen-Thomas,
"but in the meantime we're developing an outstanding training
program to prepare the Indiana Youth Soccer staff and members
for a smooth software transition this July.”
